PlayExch ID – Get Your New ID on WhatsApp

A PlayExch ID is the account you use to log in and play on PlayExch: a username and a password, tied to one balance and one bet history. You do not fill in a sign-up form to get it. How to Get a New PlayExch ID on WhatsApp

Here is what the chat looks like from start to finish, including what we ask and what we never ask.

1. Open the chat from this site. Tap any “Get PlayExch ID” button. It opens WhatsApp with our team. Starting from the button matters, because it is the only way to be sure you are talking to us and not to a lookalike number.
2. Say you want a new ID. A simple “Hi, I want a new PlayExch ID” is enough. If you had an ID before, say so now. It changes what we do next (see recovery below).
3. Answer the basic questions. We ask for your name and confirm you are 18 or older. That is all we need to create the account. We never ask for your bank PIN, card CVV, UPI PIN or any OTP.
4. Receive your username and temporary password. Both arrive in the same chat, usually along with the login link. Copy them carefully. A capital letter or an extra space is the most common reason a first login fails.
5. Log in and set your own password. On the first login you will be asked to replace the temporary password. Pick one you do not use for email, UPI or social media.

How Long Does It Take to Get a PlayExch ID?

We do not quote a fixed number of minutes, because a real person creates each ID and the queue changes through the day. When the chat is quiet, it can be done within a short conversation. What actually slows it down is usually one of these:

If it has been a while and you have had no reply, send one short follow-up in the same chat. That is faster than starting again.

One PlayExch ID per Player

Each player gets one ID. This is not red tape. It protects you in three practical ways:

• Your money stays in one place. With two IDs, a deposit can land on one account while you are logged in to the other, and sorting that out takes time.
• Withdrawals are simpler. We pay withdrawals to an account in the ID holder's own name. One ID with one name makes that check straightforward.
• Limits actually work. If you ask us to set a limit or pause your account, that only means something if there is no second account to switch to.

For the same reason, an ID should never be shared with a friend or family member, even for a single match. If someone else wants to play, they should get their own ID from the chat.

Lost Your ID? Recover It, Don't Make a New One

The most common mistake we see is a player who forgets their login and simply asks for a new ID. The old balance and bet history stay on the old account, and later they have two accounts to untangle. Recovery is almost always the better route.

If you forgot the password

Message support from the WhatsApp number you used when the ID was made, and give your username. The team can reset it and send a new temporary password, which you change on the next login.

If you forgot the username too

Tell us in the same chat. We can usually find the account from the number and the name you gave when it was created. Screenshots of an old deposit or bet slip help if you still have them.

If you changed your phone number

Explain this at the start of the chat. Recovery from a new number takes more checking, because we need to be sure the account is yours before handing it over. That extra care is what stops someone else from claiming your ID.

Changing Your Password

You will change the password once on your first login. After that, you can change it from the account menu whenever you want. Good moments to do it:

• After you logged in on someone else's phone or a shared computer.
• After you typed your password into a page you are not sure about.
• If you ever sent your password in a chat by mistake, even to us.

A short sentence of four or five words you will remember is stronger than a scramble of symbols you have to write on paper. Do not reuse your email or UPI password here.

Keeping Your ID Safe from Scams

Most problems with IDs do not come from hacking. They come from people being talked into handing something over. These are the patterns we hear about from players:

• “Ready IDs” for sale. Someone offers an ID that is already set up, sometimes “with balance”. You have no way to know whose account it is, who else has the password, or whether it will be closed. Never buy an ID, and never sell or rent out yours.
• Fake WhatsApp numbers. Numbers posted in comments, groups or ads that use our name. The display name and profile photo can be copied in seconds. Start every chat from the button on this site.
• Unsolicited “support” messages. Our team does not message you first out of nowhere to fix a problem you did not report. If that happens, do not reply.
• Requests for OTPs or screen-sharing apps. No step of getting or recovering an ID needs your bank OTP, your UPI PIN, or an app like AnyDesk.
• Copycat login pages. Sites with names close to ours. If a page takes your password and then shows an error, change your password straight away.
