PlayExch Register Checklist – Five Stages, One Page

This is a short, printable PlayExch register checklist for anyone about to get an ID through our WhatsApp chat. It is split into five stages, from the moment before you send the first message to the moment you request your first withdrawal. Each item has one line explaining why it matters. Tick them off as you go, or print the page and keep it next to your phone. Stage 1: Before You Start the Chat

• ☐ You are 18 or older. PlayExch is for adults only, and we confirm age in the chat.
• ☐ You know the rules where you live. Online betting laws differ between Indian states, and following them is your responsibility.
• ☐ You are using your own WhatsApp number. Password resets and support requests are linked to the number you register with, so use one you will keep.
• ☐ You opened the chat from a button on this site. Not from a number forwarded in a group or sent to you by a stranger.
• ☐ You have decided a monthly budget. Write the number down now, while you are calm, not during a match.
• ☐ You have a new password in mind. One you do not use for email, UPI or banking.

Stage 2: During the Chat

• ☐ Say clearly whether you want a new ID or to recover an old one. If you had an ID before, recovery keeps your balance and history in one place.
• ☐ Give your name and confirm your age when asked. That is the basic information we need to set up the account.
• ☐ Share no OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV or net-banking password. Our team never asks for these, at any stage.
• ☐ Install nothing. No APK, no screen-sharing app. PlayExch runs in your browser.
• ☐ Ask any question you have. The chat is the right place to clear doubts about markets, deposits or withdrawals before you start.
• ☐ Keep the chat. Do not delete it. It is your record and your support line.

Stage 3: When Your ID Arrives

• ☐ Check the username spelling. Note capital letters and numbers exactly as sent.
• ☐ Log in through our site or the link our team sent. Never through a link from anywhere else.
• ☐ Change the temporary password straight away. Before you add any money.
• ☐ Add the site to your home screen. So you never search for it again and land on a lookalike. Steps are on the app page.
• ☐ Set your stake buttons. Make the largest one an amount you would accept losing on one bet.
• ☐ Find Open Bets and the Account Statement. You will need both later. Our first 30 minutes tour walks through each screen.

Stage 4: Before Your First Deposit

• ☐ Ask in the chat for the current payment details. Every time. Do not reuse old details or details someone else shares with you.
• ☐ Pay from your own UPI app or bank account. Payments from a friend's or relative's account cause problems when you withdraw.
• ☐ Start small. Your first deposit is a test that the process works for you, not a target.
• ☐ Save the payment screenshot and the UTR or reference number. The UTR is how the team matches your payment to your ID.
• ☐ Send the amount, the screenshot and the UTR in the chat. All three together, in one message.
• ☐ Check the Account Statement once it is credited. If it does not appear after the team confirms, ask in the same chat. The deposit guide covers what to do if a payment is stuck.

Stage 5: Before Your First Withdrawal

• ☐ Use a bank account in your own name. Ideally the same one you deposited from.
• ☐ Double-check the account number and IFSC. One wrong digit can send a payout back or delay it.
• ☐ Look at your exposure. Money held against open bets is not available to withdraw until those markets settle.
• ☐ Request it in the same chat. One request, then wait for an update. Several requests for the same money slow things down.
• ☐ Share no OTP to “release” a payout. A genuine withdrawal never needs your OTP or PIN.
• ☐ Check your bank statement and the Account Statement afterwards. Both should show the same amount. The withdrawal guide explains timing and what can pause a payout.

Why a Checklist Instead of a Guide

Most registration problems we see are not complicated. They are small skipped steps: a deposit sent without a UTR, a password never changed, a withdrawal requested to a cousin's account, a chat opened from a forwarded number. Each one is easy to avoid when you have a list in front of you and easy to forget when you do not. That is why this page is short and repetitive on purpose. The Most Common Slip at Each Stage

To use this as a paper checklist, print the page from your browser's menu, or take a screenshot of each stage. Tick items off with a pen as you go. It sounds old-fashioned, but it works better than trying to remember six things while typing in a chat.

What do I need before the PlayExch register chat?

Is there an online form to register on PlayExch?

No. IDs are created by our team in a WhatsApp chat. Anyone sending you a separate sign-up form or APK is not us.

Do I have to pay anything to get an ID?

No. There is no fee to create an ID. Anyone asking for an activation fee, tax or charge before creating an ID or paying a withdrawal is a scammer.

Can I deposit from a family member's UPI account?

Please do not. Pay from your own UPI app or bank account. Payments from other people's accounts make it harder to match deposits and can delay withdrawals.

What should I send after making a deposit?

Send the amount, a clear payment screenshot and the UTR or reference number together in the WhatsApp chat. The UTR is what lets the team match your payment to your ID.

Why can't I withdraw my full balance?

Money held against open bets, shown as exposure, cannot be withdrawn until those markets settle. Check Open Bets, then request the available amount.
